We prioritise the use of high-quality materials in our handcrafted items. Cat beans are made from air dry clay, painted with acrylic paint and sealed with UV resin. While specific materials may vary by product, we ensure that they are safe, durable, and suitable for the intended use, contributing to the longevity and enjoyment of each creation.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We can offer returns and refunds if the customer is not happy with their purchase as long as the product has not been damaged by the customer. If the product was damaged during shipping we can offer a full refund provided suitable evidence is supplied by the customer. We encourage customers to reach out to us directly with any concerns regarding their purchase. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to address any issues that may arise. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time.
